Consult ASK was asked to conduct a feasibilty study of developing a low cost, hematology laboratory device to digitally analyze blood cell images. Aim of the device is the automatic reading of manually stained hematology slides and identifying cells using dedicated optical solution and software. Main criterias are speed, footprint, cost. The feasibility study was successfully presented for the project owner customer for further development.
